We had a last-minute need for a family stay while renovating our home. The Racecourse Motel was perfect for us, with a comfortable private room for the adults and separate beds for the kids. The heat pump kept us warm during the winter, and the shower had great pressure for after-school sports. The tea and coffee area had delicious biscuits, and the cooking facilities were convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was spotless, had great facilities including parking, and was situated in a quiet and picturesque location with beautiful sunset views. The warm hospitality from the staff made us feel right at home. They even extended our checkout time, gave us excellent tips on local attractions, and recommended the best restaurants in the area.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic stay at Racecourse Motel. The owner truly made me feel at home. Despite the checkout being at 10am, she generously allowed me to stay as long as I wanted, which was a jackpot as I could finally sleep in. I can't thank her enough for that. She was also very friendly and helpful, taking the time to chat with me about my trip and providing valuable information about the country, weather, and the best local restaurants.

The off-road location was perfect to relax and detach from the noise of the city. The unit was in excellent conditions, and the bush surroundings gave a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere, especially with the little stream in the back. The friendly and helpful manager made us feel welcome and comfortable.
The lack of a proper booklet to assist with the television channels was frustrating. the room's furniture and fittings needed updating, and the grounds could have been more well-kept.

Comfortable and clean rooms with cozy beds and a neat kitchen. BBQ facility and friendly owners. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. Lovely gesture with complimentary toiletries and chocolates. Helpful and kind owner, even offered to pick up food and organize transportation. Generous checkout time. Recently renovated room with new amenities. Quiet location for a relaxing stay.

The room we stayed in was well-lit and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were great and the shower had excellent pressure. We also appreciated the heating unit for the winter months. The motel owners were welcoming and accommodating with a friendly reception. The motel's location was perfect for exploring the region.
We found the price for the room a bit too high compared to other motels in the area. we were disappointed that the beds were not made up properly, and we did not receive a restock of supplies such as tea and milk for the second night.

Our stay was enjoyable thanks to the convenient location of the hotel, only a short drive away from town centre. The welcoming staff made us feel at home during our stay, and the fresh oranges and complimentary sweets were a nice touch. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was fantastic, nice and spacious.
We were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, specifically the lack of hanging space for wet clothes and the poor quality of the pillows, which were as flat as pancakes.
